“ Overall such a wonderful experience for a brunch in downtown! Was easily able to make a reservation for 2 on a Saturday after the holidays. Coming into the restaurant it was decently packed and gave a lively atmosphere. We were seated right away and greeted by our waiter, but there was a slight change due to seating arrangements for a big party and they asked us to move. They were super kind and sweet about it and offered us a complimentary treat. Along with the complimentary cinnamon roll they also provide fresh beignets, which was another sweet treat that was the perfect touch to our brunch experience. We ordered our food and got the jumbo egg sandwich and croque monsiuer along with the vanilla latte and mexican mocha. All was really yummy and we could not finish everything so we had leftovers that we brought home. Would definitely come back and try more on the menu and the staff was really nice and welcoming. ”
“ First off, I set up a reservation online because I knew it was gonna be packed on a Saturday morning. I ended up being late with transit delays but was seated shortly without a hitch. The place is beautiful inside and it smells of amazing food and warm, loving cooked meals. My waiter (forgot your name!!) was excellent. Sat down and took my order, made me feel comfortable and heard and was excellent at getting all I needed. Truly an excellent experience. And can we just RAVE over the crab bennie? Soo much delicious crab and the crunch of asparagus, paired that with my salted caramel decaf cappuccino and the complimentary beignet and I was head over heels. Favorite brunch spot thus far since coming home ”
“ An awesome diner-style spot with a small marketplace on the side. This was my first stop in Portland, and we were so happy with this meal. They give you fresh beignets on the house, which might've been the highlight of the meal. It was so light and airy. Our eggs benedict was solid, and the cheesy potatoes were so good. They come with cornflakes on top which was a fun surprise that added a nice texture. The service was excellent - our waitress was so sweet. This is a must-eat in Portland! ”
“ We had another delicious meal here on Sunday. The restaurant was super busy, and we were led through a labyrinth of rooms. We were finally seated in a back room with windows to the outside. Even though it was only December 1st, the halls were fully decked and the restaurant was super cute and all holiday themed out. Piper was our server and she was friendly and attentive. We had the Croque Madame and the Huevos Rancheros along with a couple of bloody Mary's. Everything was super delicious! So many tasty choices. We hope to be back soon. ”
“ Great place for brunch! We ordered a Tenderloin Benedict and Portuguese fried rice. Both were very tasty! Also really enjoyed the complimentary beignets. Our waitress was great. She checked in on us regularly to make sure we're doing okay. This restaurant has a very cozy vibe to it. ”
“ Complimentary Beignets is always a good way to start the day. We came here recently for Breakfast and had an amazing time. We got here right when they opened and got a table immediately. As we walked to it I was amazed at how clean everything was and how bright the ambiance was inside. It had like a very modern but simpler look to everything. Service was pretty solid too. The guy who served us pretty cool and always would check on us. What I wasn't expecting was free Beignets. I was pretty shocked to say the least. Im usually used to some sugar sprinkled on them but the fact that they had a good flavor and poofy texture without it, spoke for the quality of them. This morning I also had to get that Crab Benny. I really enjoyed the fact that Cheryl's gives you a good chunk of crab on each one. That's why I sometimes prefer Crab versus Crab Cake. It's pretty easy to get jipped on the actual crab meat with the latter. The Hollandaise sauce was pretty solid too. I was pretty shocked at how much I liked the cheesy hash browns. It seemed a little weird at first but after a couple of bites, you definitely can't stop. Overall I definitely could see us coming back. There's a wide variety of food options to choose from and they all sound so tasty. ”
“ The best service for brunch. Great for groups or largeer tables. They have a Good bloody Mary and great Benedicts. I had the salmon, the eggs were poached perfectly. As much as there is something on the menu here for everyone, I'm really into the comfort foods. The cheesey hash brown casserole is rich and savory. The floors are clean. The price point is fair value, $14 bloody Marys! ”
